Moderately Sized Gatherings (20-35 people)
Price includes 3 hours for event + 90 minute set up and 60 minute tear down

Large Gatherings (35-50 people)
Price includes 3 hours for event + 90 minute set up and 60 minute tear down
**Add The Shed for $200
All reservations require a 50% security deposit at time of booking(will be applied to the final total if not damage to property) and $100 cleaning fee

** The Barnside does not have a kitchen space, so having your event catered probably the best option. There is also plenty of room on the property to bring in a food truck. If you decide to bring in your own food, keep in mind that there is only access to running water in the kithchenette of the bathroom trailer. There is a small mini fridge that you are welcome to use to keep items cold.
